NOHO Ultimate Live/Work Loft

When it’s time to move on in life, it may be time to move on from that well-loved apartment you’re not really using anymore. This architect’s live/work loft has had many lives and like its owner, it was time to retire.

Red Cap creates stories to envelope and inspire guests when they visit properties. Here, we took full advantage of the client’s architectural models and materials to showcase a chic office, complete with project story board, that seamlessly transitions into the formal living area, or vice versa. The end result had the property in contract in 15 days.
