Marketing messages are what inspire sales, it’s that basic. Strategizing with the broker, we knew this would be fully renovated by the new buyer so we styled accordingly. Personality was key, so we created a very budget friendly space that was move-in ready, too much fun not to experience as is for a bit, and priced right to all make sense. We very successfully launched the seller into their new chapter of life. Yay team!

Family Duplex, Upper West Side

Red Cap Productions is very goal driven without being overwhelming. This large duplex is home for a family of five including three young children. As elegant as the refreshed design and style will become, Red Cap embraced the playfulness of the warm home and optimized the ability for the parents to maintain the new interior presentation.
